Total snow accumulations between 10 and 24 inches, heaviest above 8,000 feet. * WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park, the Medicine Bow Range, and the northern Front Range foothills, including Red Feather Lakes, Estes Park, and Nederland. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 3 PM MDT Wednesday. Heaviest Tuesday morning through Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...Heavy snow will accumulate on tree branches and powerlines, possibly causing them to break and lead to power outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible at times, especially late Tuesday.
