* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 16 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 12 expected. * WHERE...Central Colorado River Basin and Debeque to Silt Corridor. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening. For the first Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 10 AM MDT Friday. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight Friday Night to 10 AM MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
