Description:
At 402 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles northwest of Fruita, or 22 miles northwest of Grand Junction,
moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Fruita, Mack, and Loma.

Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 6 and 20.
Colorado 139 between mile markers 1 and 12.
