Counties. In Utah, Eastern Uinta Basin County.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
