Description:
At 455 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms along a line
extending from 6 miles north of John Martin Reservoir to near Higbee
to 11 miles east of Thatcher. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. weak brief landspout tornadoes may
also occur with the stronger storms along this line.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Las Animas, McClave, Higbee, Hasty, John Martin Reservoir, Fort Lyon,
and Caddoa.
