At 155 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles south of Commerce City, or 6 miles east of Denver, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Eastern Denver, Aurora, southern Commerce City, Denver International Airport, D.I.A Terminal and Concourses, Bennett, Watkins, Manila Village, Buckley SFB, Arapahoe Park and Cherry Creek Reservoir.
