Description:
At 440 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 6 miles north of Iliff to 5 miles
southeast of Burdett, or extending from 17 miles northeast of
Sterling to 18 miles northeast of Akron, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Sterling, Haxtun, Fleming, Iliff, Peetz, Crook, Paoli, St
Petersburg, Proctor, Burdett, Twin Buttes, Padroni, Lone Star,
Highland Center, North Sterling Reservoir, Fairfield, Reiradon Hill
and Dailey.
