Southwestern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado... * Until 1030 PM MDT. * At 942 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast of Flagler, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Kit Carson County. This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 396 and 421.
