* At 507 PM MDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from near
Bonny Reservoir to 16 miles north of Cheyenne Wells, moving east at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in
excess of 70 mph.
