At 754 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms had ended over
southeastern Washington county. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

and poor drainage and low-lying areas.
