Description: 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta. * WHEN...Until noon AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures early this morning will see the lowest expected wind chills. By this afternoon, wind chills will moderate above hazardous levels. However, with gusty winds continuing tonight into Saturday morning, wind chills are expected to return to hazardous levels before temperatures warm more through Saturday. Wind gusts to 35 mph may cause blowing snow where transportable snow on the ground remains.
Instruction: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside.
