* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below. Northerly winds gusting as high as 30 to 40 mph. * WHERE...Pribilof Islands. * WHEN...Until noon AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur this morning and again tonight through Saturday morning. Gusty winds will diminish Saturday as temperatures and wind chills begin to moderate through Saturday.
