Description: 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected. * WHERE...Matanuska Valley, including Palmer, Wasilla and Sutton. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will again drop to as low as 25 below zero after dark tonight, particularly where northeast winds around 15 mph persist. Wind chills will rebound to the 10s above zero by Thursday afternoon as winds diminish.
