Description: 
At 435 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles southwest of San Ardo, or 26 miles east of Gorda, moving south at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of South Central Monterey County. Prescribed burn Ta13 and Ta20 are also in the path of the strong thunderstorm and may see erratic wind gusts as the storm passes through.
