.Conditions will slowly improve through the morning as the winter
storm moves off to the east.
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Less than an inch of snow with blowing
and drifting snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Adams, Juneau, Crawford, Grant, and Richland Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
