...BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS MORNING... .Blizzard and near blizzard conditions will continue this morning. Snowfall and high wind gusts from 40 to 45 mph will support restricted visibility down to 1/4 mile and snow covered roads, leading to continued hazardous travel impacts. * WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary. A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds are likely.
