Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Oneida, Vilas, Florence, Forest, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, and Southern Marinette counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
