Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties, Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Cascades of Pierce and Lewis Counties, and Cascades of Southern King County. * WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 5 AM PDT Thursday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 AM Thursday to 5 AM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and reduce visibility.
