* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected.
Total snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as
60 mph. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total
snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet. Winds gusting as high as
40 mph.
* WHERE...Olympics.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 5 AM
PDT Thursday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 AM Thursday to
5 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches and reduce visibilities.
Instruction:
Snow covered roads may make travel conditions difficult to
impossible at times and cause delays. Temporary road closures
possible. Gusty winds may limit visibility down to a quarter of a
mile at times.
