Description:
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 6 and 13 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine County. In Wisconsin, Burnett, Douglas,
and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the St.
Croix Band in Burnett County and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley
and, Lena Lake areas.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
