Description: 
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches except between 5 and 11 inches for the higher terrain of the North Shore. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis, Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Grand Portage Reservation. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
