* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow and sleet accumulations between 4 and 12 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Locally higher snowfall amounts greater than 12 inches possible across the northern half of the counties. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Charlevoix and Cheboygan Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
