Description:
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and northeast
Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel will become very difficult to impossible due to
whiteout conditions. Very strong winds may cause damage to trees
and isolated to scattered power outages.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
