Description: 
At 709 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles west of Fouke, or 14 miles south of Texarkana, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Texarkana, Wake Village, Nash, Red Lick, Fouke, Genoa, Mandeville, Leary, Mount Pleasant, Domino and Pleasant Hill.
