line extending from near Colcord to 2 miles south of Highfill to 4
miles southwest of Garfield. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
