* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following
counties, Benton and Carroll and northeast Oklahoma, including the
following counties, Craig, Delaware, Mayes and Ottawa.
* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will result in
the potential for flash flooding through Monday morning.
Localized totals of 3-4 inches are possible.
