Southwestern Scott County in western Arkansas...
* Until 1030 PM CDT.
* At 732 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area that continue to train over the
same locations. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen across
parts of the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2
inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
