* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is possible. * WHERE...Manley * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The Nenana Ice Classic tripod toppled on Monday, May 4th, and the breakup front continues to progress downstream towards Manley. Water levels at Manley are rising and ice is starting to shift. As the ice is mobilized, the potential for an ice jam below Manley exists. - Http://www.weather.gov/aprfc - If you live near or along Tanana River stay alert and be prepared to take action.
