* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Bering Strait Coast. * WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will continue through the early overnight and the warning may be downgraded to an advisory. Temperatures will rise into the 30s Thursday afternoon and blowing snow will become less of a concern.
