Description:
At 823 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles northeast of Rogersville, or 13 miles northwest of Athens,
moving south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45-50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Athens, Trinity, Tanner, Hillsboro, Lester, Mooresville,
Good Springs, Cartwright, and Coxey.
