Description:
At 651 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lexington to 8 miles southeast of Cherokee
to Fairview. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Florence, Athens, Muscle Shoals, Russellville, Sheffield, Tuscumbia,
Moulton, Red Bay, Rogersville, and Ardmore.
Instruction:
