* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn and
Ripley.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Roads in and around Friendship and other low areas along
Laughery Creek remain flooded. Low-water crossings are inundated
with water and may not be passable.

- At 151 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no
additional rainfall is expected.

At 1251 PM CDT, emergency management reported earlier flooding over
roads south of Lamont. Thunderstorms producing heavy rain are moving
south over the warned area...and rainfall rates will decrease in the
next hour. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
