Minnesota Special Weather Statement | Effective 05/03/2026 01:08
Dry air will build into the region today, with afternoon relative
humidity levels falling as low as 20 to 25 percent. While stronger
northwest to north winds will be seen during the period of higher
relative humidity in the morning, afternoon gusts to around 20 mph
will lead to elevated fire weather concerns in areas where Spring
green-up is lagging. The lowest relative humidity levels will be
seen from mid-afternoon through sunset, generally between 3 pm and
8 pm CDT.
