Relative humidity values will drop to the 20 to 25 percent range this afternoon. Northwest winds will also gusting up to 30 mph across northwestern Minnesota this evening. Although there may not be a long overlap of low RH and gusty winds, given the extremely dry fuels, near critical fire weather conditions are expected.
