Strong winds are expected through this evening and will begin to<br /> slowly diminish overnight into Monday morning. Expect sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph,<br /> especially near Palmer. Areas of blowing dust are expected to develop near Palmer, Butte<br /> and along exposed sections of the Glenn Highway, occasionally<br /> reducing visibility and creating hazardous travel conditions.<br /> Blowing dust will taper off overnight tonight into Monday morning<br /> as winds diminish.
