* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * WHERE...All of Kahoolawe, Lanai, and Molokai, and portions of Maui and the Big Island Hawaii. * WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Friday. * IMPACTS...Winds this strong can tear off shingles, knock down tree branches, blow away tents and awnings and make it difficult to steer, especially for drivers of high profile vehicles. Watch out for falling tree branches when walking or driving. Make sure tents and awnings are secure or take them down. Be prepared for power outages.

Snow levels have largely dropped to around 6,000ft across Southwest Montana this morning, with further reduction in snow levels in the heaviest precipitation east of I-15 and south of I-90. Those traveling near pass level in these areas should be prepared for winter driving conditions this morning, largely in the form of reduced visibility and slushy roads. Houma, Dulac, Montegut, Chauvin, Cocodrie, and Lumcon Center Buoy. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include...
