* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 9
inches, with the heaviest additional snow expected across the
Boulder County foothills, and lower amounts in Larimer County.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...The Northern Front Range Foothills.
* WHEN...Until midnight MST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
