* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected
below 4500 feet. Gusts near 60 mph expected above 4500 feet.
* WHERE...Anatone, Peola, Pomeroy, Clarkston, Alpowa Summit,
Cloverland Road, and Mountain Road.
* WHEN...From 8 AM to 5 PM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Any fire starts could spread rapidly in dry
grasses and brush.
