Strongest winds occurring between 8 PM to 5 AM. * WHERE...Methow, Winthrop, Conconully, Mazama, Twisp, and Loup Loup Pass. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
