* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph this
morning. Winds gradually decrease this afternoon. Gusts over 30
MPH could occur well into the afternoon hours.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
