* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Cameron, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties. * WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will blow from the south today and then shift to westerly tonight. The strongest wind gusts are expected early Saturday morning. Wind gusts will be accompanied by occasional rain and snow showers. Up to a few inches of snow is possible in the higher elevations of Potter and Tioga County by Saturday morning.
