* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and northern Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down resulting in isolated to scattered power
outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be primarily in
northeastern portions of New York, in the vicinity of Lake
Champlain, and far northern Vermont through this morning,
gradually weakening between 5 and 7 AM today.
