Chaves county with easterly winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
mph in the Upper Tularosa Valley.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 3 PM MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
