* IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds will make travel difficult along
Interstate 90 from Livingston to Big Timber. Warm and dry
conditions could cause rapid fire spread in wildland grasses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected late this
morning into this afternoon.
