* WHAT...East wind becoming south 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...Bay, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties. * WHEN...Until midnight Monday Night. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will damage unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Intermittent wind gusts during the evening become more frequent after midnight as showers increase and a cold front sweeps through the region. Hazardous wind gusts continue through Monday as cold air surges into Lower Michigan.
