* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, strong southerlies ahead of the cold front will support 15 to 25 mph winds with gusts up to 45 mph before turning northwesterly between 15-25 mph and gusts between 35-40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Louisiana and east and northeast Texas. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
