* WHAT...For Sunday southwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30
mph expected, for Monday northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts
up to 35 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and
southeast Texas.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
