Description:
* WHAT...Southerly to southwesterly winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts
of 40 mph will become northwesterly at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up
to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central,
north central, and west central Missouri.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to noon CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the strong winds,falling and
blowing snow could result in periods of significantly reduced
visibility.
