* WHAT...A cold front will usher in north winds at 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Central, South Central, and Southeast Kansas.
* WHEN...From 9 AM to 8 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Some
tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may be
possible.
