Winneshiek Counties. In Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, and
Olmsted Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
